equivalent to 50g of sugar (stevia, erythritol...))
Baking soda
1/4 tsp.
Baking powder
2 tsp.
Apple puree
120g
Vegetable milk
70ml (coconut, almond...)
Egg
1 piece
Aroma
1/2 tsp. (vanilla)
Preparation process
  1. Mix thoroughly all dry ingredients
  2. Add apple puree, egg, milk, and vanilla extract
  3. Now, make a smooth dough
  4. Create biscuits on a baking sheet
  5. Decorate according to your taste (pieces of bitter chocolate, raisins, M&M's ...)
  6. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes at 190 °C
