Coconut flour

Protein
40g (Vanilla flavour)
Grated coconut

Oatmeal

Sweetener
Baking powder
2 tsp.
Berries
250g (blueberries)
Topping
Pudding
2 packets (80g)
Milk
750 ml
Sweetener
Gelatine fix
(optional)
Preparation process
  1. Blend banana, milk, and eggs together
  2. Now, add all ingredients for the corpus (except blueberries)
  3. Bake in erased form, for approximately 30 minutes at 170 °C
  4. Let the corpus cool down
  5. Cook Pudding according to the instructions (use only 750 ml of liquid/milk and sweeten with sweetener)
  6. Let the finished pudding stand for a while and add a stiffener  for better consistency (prepare the stiffener according to the instructions- this step can be skipped)
  7. Place the blueberries and pour pudding on the surface
  8. Let the finished cake cool down
