Hokkaido pasta with chicken

Ingredients
Hokkaido pumpkin
400g
Vegetable broth
500ml
Cream cheese (Gervais)
80g
Cheese
30g (Parmesan)
Chicken breast
400g
Wholemeal pasta
300g
Olive oil
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Preparation process
  1. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly (no need to peel), cut into cubes and cook until soft.
  2. In the second pot, prepare 1/2 liter of vegetable broth (a bouillon can be used)
  3. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown
  4. Add the boiled pumpkin and onion to the broth, add salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix thoroughly
  5. Add the Gervais, grate the parmesan cheese and mix together again
  6. Wash chicken breasts, cut into cubes, add salt, pepper and fry in olive oil
  7. Cook pasta according to the instructions
  8. Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley
