Grated coconut

Coconut oil
1 tablespoon
Milk
150 ml
Curd cheese
150 g
Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons
Baking powder

Plum
7–10 pieces
Preparation process

Mix all the ingredients together (except plums). Put the dough into a greased mold. Cut plums into quarters and arrange them on top of the dough.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish the finished cake with coconut.
