280g (zero fat)
Milk
120ml
Protein
25g (chocolate flavour)
Dutch cocoa
15g
Psyllium husk
2 tsp.
Sweetener
Decoration
Raspberries
Greek yoghurt
Chocolate
dark 70% +
Preparation process
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and blend by a hand blender
  2. Let it chill for about 30 minutes in the fridge
  3. Garnish with Greek yogurt, raspberries, and chocolate shavings
