Oatmeal

Flour
130g
Sweetener
equivalent to 120g of sugar (stevia, erythritol...)
Ghee
50g (máslo)
Banana
2 pieces
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp.
Baking soda
3g
Salt

500g (frozen)
Sweetener
Solamyl

Oatmeal

Preparation process
  1. Mix in the bowl together oat flakes, flour, sweetener, soda, salt and ground cinnamon
  2. Add dissolved ghee and mashed banana
  3. Let it stand for 10 minutes
  4. Mix raspberries with sweetener and boil in a saucepan
  5. Add starch, oat flakes and cook for another minute until the mixture thickens
  6. Press 2/3 of the dough onto the bottom of the mold and bake for 20 minutes at 170 °C
  7. Spread the filling on the baked corpus and put the remaining dough on the surface (make a pancake out of the remaining dough and place it on the surface)
  8. Bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown
