Ghee

Ground cinnamon

Baking powder

Preparation process
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Grate zucchini and carrots.
  3. Add ghee, eggs and flavorings.
  4. Pour the powdery mixture into the solid mixture and stir thoroughly.
  5. Add water as needed.
  6. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 °C.
