5–7 g (guar)

Preparation process
  1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients except the "rubber", ideally with a table mixer.
  2. Add the required amount of the "rubber".
  3. Mix until the proyo thickens.
  4. Serve chilled, for example, with your favorite fruit.
