Plain yogurt
150g
Maple syrup
3- 4 tbsp.
Gelatine fix

Preparation process
  1. Mix (until smooth) curd with yoghurt and add 3-4 Tbsp of maple syrup
  2. Then prepare gelatin for stiffening in a pot (by following written instructions)
  3. Mix the finished gelatin with the curd mixture
  4. Finally, we add the fruit and mix it all together
  5. The finished mixture is poured into a cake form
  6. Align the surface of the dough
  7. Let the cake cool down properly (at least 2 hours).
