Crumb cake with pudding and strawberries

Spelt flour

300g (or other preferred fruits)
Preparation process
  1. First, let the butter to soften to room temperature
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients (spelled flour, protein, baking powder, sweetener, and salt) thoroughly together.
  3. Now, add the softened butter and eggs
  4. Prepare a dough (the crumb)
  5. Put the ⅔ of the dough on the greased pan and gently press the crumb down. 
  6. Prepare 3 packets of pudding according to the instructions together with one liter of liquid (500ml water + 500ml milk) and sweetener (the pudding must become thicker than usual)
  7. Put ½ of the created pudding on the dough
  8. Strawberries (or other preferred fruits) are cut into slices and spread on the pudding
  9. Now, pour the second half of the pudding on the cake and put the crumb on the very top of it
  10. Bake for 35 minutes at 170 °C
