| Red beans | two cans of 420ml |
| Egg | 3 pieces |
| Cane sugar | 1 cup |
| Coconut oil | 6 tablespoons |
| Defatted cocoa powder | 6 tablespoons |
| Baking powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | 1/2 of teaspoon |
| Ground cinnamon |
Mix all together – baking powder, salt, cocoa and cinnamon. Whip eggs, oil and sugar at the same time in a second prepared bowl. Then add the well flushed beans and blend.
Finally, mix the two mixtures together. Pour the mixture into a greased cake mold. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 200 °C.
