Ingredients
Curd cheese
250g
Coffee
200ml
Sponge biscuits (wholegrain/ spelt)
20- 30 pieces
Oatmeal
50g
Liquid stevia
10g
Coconut cream
1 tbsp.
Vegetable milk
1 tbsp. (coconut)
Dutch cocoa
Preparation process
  1. Make a hot cup of coffee whilst mixing together curd, cream, milk and a pinch of sweetener
  2. In a second bowl, mix cereal, coffee, oatmeal and sweetener
  3. We make layers of of the first and second mixture one after another
  4. Then sprinkle with cocoa
  5. Let it cool down
