Ingredients
Spelt flour
200g
Egg
5 pieces
Baking powder
1/2 package (phosphate-free)
Curd cheese
150g
Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp.
Coconut oil
70g
Preparation process
  1. Crack 3 eggs
  2. Add coconut oil
  3. Mix flour, 10g of stevia and baking powder together
  4. And now, mix everything together
  5. Mix curd, 2 eggs and yoghurt in another bowl
  6. Add 10g of stevia and 3g of vanilla stevia(not necessary) and mix it
  7. Fill the muffin molds to 3/4 of fullness with the prepared mixture
  8. The rest is filled with the curd mixture
  9. Garnish to taste (blueberries)
  10. Bake for 25 min at 180°C

*Vanilla Stevia : Put Stevia Powder into closed container along with the vanilla pod and let it stand for at least two weeks
