Ingredients
Sponge biscuits (wholegrain/ spelt)
100g
Curd cheese
500g
Ricotta
250g
Coffee
Water
150ml
Aroma
1 tsp. (rum)
Dutch cocoa
20g
Sweetener
Preparation process
  1. Make a 150ml of strong coffee (3tsp. of instant coffee)Let the coffee cool
  2. Mix together curd, ricotta, aroma and use sweetener according to your taste
  3. Pour the biscotti (sponge biscuits) into the coffee and put on the bottom of the mold
  4. Put 1/2 of the curd cream on the first layer of the biscuits
  5. Apply the second layer of biscuits and cover with the remaining curd
  6. Now, by using a sieve, layer of Dutch cocoa (spread across the surface) 

Tip: To get the best taste, leave the tiramisu in the fridge overnight
