Benefits of High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

Intervals are not easy. If you are not a little nervous prior to working out, your intensity is probably too low. This, over time will not lead to desired results. I see this all the time.

So go hard!

Intervals done at specific intensities & duration can lead to increased caloric burning by up to 30-40%.

This combined with strength training, nutrition, and supplementation, allows us to produce optimal results in less time. This is very effective at Reducing stubborn Lower body & abdominal body fat.
