Wholemeal pasta
500g
Turkey meat
500g (ground)
Egg
9 pieces
Milk
150ml
Mozarella
200g (light)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation process
  1. Preheat the pan with a drop of olive oil
  2. Fry the ground turkey meat
  3. Cook pasta according to the instructions and let it cool down
  4. Crack eggs, add milk, salt, pepper, and pepper and mix all together thoroughly
  5. Place the pasta on the baking pan, add the meat, grate the mozzarella cheese and spread the egg mixture on the top
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 °C
