Ingredients

100 g (banana)
VitaFiber Powder
80 g (or 100 g of VitaFiber syrup)
Water
30 ml
Almond
50 g
Baking powder
1/2 of teaspoon
Almond aroma
to taste
Preparation process
  1. Warm water in a saucepan and add the VitaFiber – mix to the consistency of a clear syrup.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients, then pour in the finished syrup.
  3. Create a dough – if it is too dry, add little bit of water.
  4. Shape the loaf to approx 20× 10 cm and place on the baking sheet with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes at 180 ° C until the loaf gets brown.
  6. Let the loaf cool down completely, then cut into 1 cm thick slices.
  7. Spread the sliced loaf on the baking paper and bake another 10 minutes. Turn the slices after first 5 min.
  8. Serve chilled.
