Dough
Greek yoghurt
140 g
Egg
1 pc
Oatmeal
100 g
Dutch cocoa
10 g
Coconut oil
15 g (or ghee etc.)

30 g (e.g. Prom-in CFM chocolate)
Salt

equivalent to 50g of sugar
Baking powder
1 tea spoon

100–150 ml

Preparation process
  1. Mix thoroughly yogurt, eggs, dissolved fat and sweetener
  2. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: oatmeal, cocoa, protein powder, salt, baking powder and mix into the yogurt mix.
  3. Process the dough and dilute it with milk (or water, coconut milk) in such consistency that it can be poured into the erased baking mold (Ø = 24cm).
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C
  5. Banana is cut into approximately 0.5cm slices.
  6. When the body is chilled, coat a layer of chocolate-hazelnut butter and spread the banana wheels on the top.
  7. Prepare the pudding as instructed on the packaging (use 1: 1 milk with water)
  8. Put puding on the top of the cake and let it cool down.
