Beef
1kg (grounded)
Rice
250g (favourite type)
Onion

Sauce
Peeled tomatoes
2 cans
Garlic

Preparation process
  1. Ground the meat or buy already grounded one and let cook the rice according to the instructions
  2. Mix the meat with eggs and chopped onions
  3. Add cooked rice and spices
  4. Prepare the dough
  5. From the mass, shape the balls and store on the erased (with olive oil) baking tray
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C

Sauce:

  1. Fry (on the olive oil) sliced garlic
  2. Add torn basil leaves, preserved tomatoes, and spice
  3. Crush the tomatoes as much as you can
  4. Bake for 3 minutes and remove from the fire
  5. Strain the sauce through the coarse sieve using your wooden spoon
  6. Pour the sauce back into the pan and cook for a few minutes for the desired consistency
  7. The sauce is done!
  8. Store in the fridge
