Greek yoghurt

Eggplant
Fennel

Zucchini

Preparation process
  1. Boil jacket potatoes (10 min) and cut pepper
  2. Cut eggplant, onion, zucchini, fennel, garlic
  3. Sauté the vegetable in the pan
  4. Grind the meat
  5. In the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing together cheese, eggs and a yoghurt
  6. Peel potatoes and cut into wheels
  7. Add salt and pepper on the meat
  8. Add a layer of vegetables
  9. Add again a layer of spiced meat
  10. Finish with a layer of potatoes
  11. Pour over with the sauce and bake at 200 °C for 40–60 min
