Preparation process
  1. Grate the carrots, add eggs and oil
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the corpus together and add to the carrot mixture
  3. Add milk according to need
  4. Bake in greased pan (30 x 26 cm) for approximately 25 minutes at 180 °C
  5. Make the cream filling by mixing curd and Greek yogurt (optional: add the hardener according to the instructions)
  6. Spread the filling onto the corpus and let it cool
  7. Cook the pudding according to the instructions - instead of pure milk, use a combination (200 ml of water + 300 ml of milk)
  8. Put the pudding on the cake and let it stand in the fridge
  9. Let it cool
