Preparation process
  1. Grate Carrots, add apple puree, sweetener, lemon peel, cinnamon and mix all together
  2. Prepare oatmeal, protein powder and milk according to need
  3. Make a solid dough
  4. Bake in the baking pan for approximately 25 minutes at 190 °C
  5. Let it cool down
  6. Prepare the pudding glaze according to the instructions (instead of milk, use a combination of water and milk). Sugar replace with a sweetener.
  7. Place the raspberries on the chilled cake and add the pudding glaze
  8. Let the carrot pudding cake cool down
