Preparation process
  1. Chestnuts cut into "x".
  2. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes and bake at 190 °C.
  3. Peel chilled chestnuts (patience needed).
  4. Put the peeled chestnuts in boiling water for 25 minutes.
  5. Drain the chestnuts after cooking.
  6. Mix chestnuts together with 100 ml of water into puree.
  7. Now, put chestnuts back into the pot and cook with the sweetener and essence to the desired consistency.
  8. Congratulations! You have created home-made chestnut puree.
