Ingredients
Chicken breast
500 g
Red pepper
1 piece
Yellow pepper
1 piece
Onion
one medium sized
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Apple winegar
1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Preparation process
  1. Cut the meat into 3cm big cubes.
  2. Prepare a marinade by mixing oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Let the meat marinate for about 1h + in the fridge.
  4. Clean the pepper and cut into squares.
  5. Peel the onions, cut into 1/4 and peel into individual slices.
  6. Create skewers.
  7. Bake for cca. 25 minutes - turn a few times (you can also use a grill).
