Banana
1 piece
Honey
1 teaspoon
Milk
100 ml
Carob
15 g (or cocoa)
Cocoa beans
for garnish
Preparation process
  1. put banana, smakoun (tofu) into the blender
  2. add honey and carob, add milk
  3. mix it cca 1min
  4. serve the mousse in a glass
  5. garnish to taste and
  6. let cool in the fridge for an hour
  7. serve chilled
