Preparation process
  1. Mix carrot and bananas with milk and egg yolk
  2. Add the dry ingredients and prepare the dough
  3. Make snow from the egg whites and gently blend into the dough
  4. Pour into a form with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C
  5. Cut the chilled body to halfs and fill it with the curd and sweetener
  6. Make the cream by mixing the nuts, milk, cocoa and spread over the top of the cake.
  7. Decorate according to taste
