Ingredients
Zucchini
400 g
Millet
200 g
Egg
4 pieces
Oatmeal
50 g
Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons
Erythritol
4 teaspoons
Protein
30 g
Baking powder

Preparation process
  1. Grate zucchini and cook the millet.
  2. Remove as much juice from zucchini as possible (by squeezing), stir eggs and the finished millet.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. Mix thoroughly both mixtures and poure onto a greased baking sheet (Pan spray, coconut oil).
  5. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes according to the size of the sheet at 180 °C.
