Ingredients
Lumpy cottage cheese
180 g
Oatmeal
80 g
Egg
1 piece
Sweetener
FlavDrops
Raspberries
100 g
Water
50 ml
Preparation process
  1. Mix egg and sweetener together.
  2. Add cheese and mix again.
  3. Pour out the oat flour and create a dough with hands.
  4. Let it stand for 20 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into balls and cook until the balls start floating.
  6. Create the "frosting" by overcooking the raspberries.
  7. Garnish.
