Egg

Lumpy cottage cheese

Protein
20g
Rice flour
70g
Salt
Sprinkle
Poppy
Coconut oil
Stevia powder
Preparation process
  1. Mix curd, egg and a pinch of salt
  2. Add rice flour
  3. Add protein powder and mix it up
  4. Shape dumplings with hands
  5. Bring water to boil and sprinkle the dumplings into it
  6. When dumplings floating on surface, cook for 2 more minutes
  7. Add poppyseed, pour the oil and add stevia on the cooked dumplings.
