Curry meat stuffed pancakes

Ingredients
Dough
Spelt flour
250g
Milk

Ghee

Spelt flour
1 tbsp.
Coconut milk

Preparation process

Pancakes:

  1. Mix milk with flour, pinch of salt and add eggs.
  2. Let the dough rest.
  3. Bake the pancakes on both sides on the frying pan.

Meat:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into noodles, mixed with 10g of Ghee (brought to room temperature), add salt, pepper, and curry.
  2. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  3. Dissolve the rest of the ghee in the pan and add chopped onion.
  4. Cook onion till translucent, add finely chopped pepper and "garam masala" spices.
  5. Cook the whole mixture for a while.

Sauce:

  1. Melt ghee in the pan, add spelt flour until well combined.
  2. Add curry and coconut milk.
  3. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

- Place meat in the middle of the pancake and create "backpack", serve with the sauce.
