Spelt flour

Curd cheese

30 g (latté flavour)
Instant coffee
At least 2 teaspoons

Filling
Vanilla pudding
1 piece (organic)
Milk

Preparation process
  1. Peel the Banana and blend together with kefir, egg and the sweetener
  2. Add to all dry ingredients and make the dough
  3. Spray the form with oil or use the baking paper. Now, bake the body of the cake for about 35 minutes at 180 °C
  4. Cut the chilled corpus in half
  5. (The filling) Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packaging and add the curd
  6. Spread the filling on the first layer of the body and cover with the other layer.
  7. Pour the rest of the pudding on top of the cake and let the cake cool!
  8. Garnish the cake to taste
