60g Cocolate- coconut flavour
Dutch cocoa
4 tsp.
Kefir
400ml
Baking soda
1 tsp.
Baking powder
7g (phospate free)
Egg
1 piece
Coconut oil
15 g
Gingerbread Spice Mix
2 tsp.
Sweetener
Cream
Plain yogurt
Preparation process
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Add all other (wet) ingredients
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C
  5. Decorate with plain yoghurt
