Smoked salmon
Cheese
50g (grated)
Olive oil
Spinach
100g (frozen)
Filling
Ricotta
150g
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Olive oil
Preparation process
  1. Defrost the spinach on the pan (get rid of water)
  2. Crack eggs, add cheese and spinach
  3. Add salt and oil
  4. Mix all properly and let stand for 15 min
  5. Fry from both sides on a preheated pan

Filling
Create by mixing riccota, pepper, salt and grated garlic together.

Grease the finished pancake with the filling. Add salmon and roll it up.
