Ingredients
Dough
Banana
2 pieces
Honey
2 tsp.
Aroma
1 tsp. (Almond)
Oatmeal
150g
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp.
Filling
Plain yogurt
250g
Protein
30g
Fruit
Preparation process
  1. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and mash with a fork
  2. Add honey, almond extract and mix all together
  3. Add oatmeal, cinamon and make a tough dough
  4. Put the dough into a muffin mold and create cups (using your fingers)
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
  6. Fill the cups with yoghurt mixed with protein powder
  7. Garnish with your favourite fruits.
