Homemade coconut yogurt

Ingredients
Grated coconut
200g
Water
500ml
Sweetener
Plain yogurt
1 tbsp. (option: probiotic capsules)
Preparation process
  1. Mix grated coconut together with water and sweetener in a powerful blender very properly (until completely smooth)
  2. Add one tablespoon of yogurt  (yogurt or probiotic capsules can be used as well) and mix well
  3. Let it ripen in a warm place, covered with a food foil, for approximately 16-24 hours - yogurt should be dense and pleasantly sour
  4. Store in the fridge
  5. Decorate by taste, for example with fruits, granola...
