Vegetable milk
100–150 ml (coconut, almond)

Coconut oil
3 tablespoons
Ground cinnamon

Coconut cream
Coconut milk

1 scoop (banana flavour)
to taste
Preparation process

Mix fine oatmeal together with (ground flakes), grated coconut, crushed almonds, vegetable milk (coconut, almond, honey, coconut and cinnamon. Add the milk as the last one, according to the consistency. The dough should be slightly sticky. Make small cookies from the dough and bake on a baking sheet with baking parchment for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.

Ice cream
Slice the banana into small pieces, along with all the other ingredients cook over low heat until thick. After cooling, whisk and let freeze approx. for 60 min.

Glue together two cookies by ice cream.
