Ingredients
Egg

Sweetener
Coconut oil
10 ml
Oatmeal
150 g
Spelt flour
40 g
Curd cheese
500 g
Greek yoghurt
300 g
Cream cheese (Gervais)
100 g
Kiwi
3 pieces
Preparation process
  1. Mix flakes, spelled flour and sweetener together.
  2. Add oil and 2 eggs.
  3. Make a solid, sticky dough.
  4. Put the dough into a circular mold (21 cm) lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. While it is baking, prepare the "filling" by mixing yoghurt, curd, red and salad.
  6. Pour the filling onto the Body and bake for another 45 minutes at 180 °C.
  7. Let it cool down and decorate with kiwi.
