Stevia powder | |
Milk | 250 ml |
Coconut cream | 250 ml (whipping cream) |
Vanilla pod | bourbon |
Protein | 30 g |
Prepare panna cotta as directed + add the protein powder and the granules of bourbon vanilla. Stir in into the cooked panna cotta curd very carefully (add stevia if not sweet enough).
Pour the mass into molds and let it cool down for 2 hours.
