Cake
Oatmeal

Spelt flour

Milk
40- 50ml
Sweetener
Cream
Curd cheese
500g
Cream cheese (Gervais)

60g - Peanut Butter / Vanilla flavour
Egg
3 pieces
Oreo biscuits
4 pieces ( Peanut Butter flavour)
Sweetener
equivalent to 50g of sugar
Preparation process
  1. Mix all ingredients on the body together to create a damp mixture
  2. Pour the damp mixture onto the bottom of the erased cake mold (Ø = 24cm)
  3. Crush the Oreo biscuits in small pieces
  4. Mix all the ingredients on the glaze and create a homogeneous mass
  5. Pour the mass onto the corpus
  6. Bake in the oven, preheated to 160 °C for about 50 minutes
    Tip: Place a small bowl of water in the oven during baking. The oven will have a higher moisture content, making the cheesecake more delicate
