Spelt flour

Poppy
60g
Baking powder

Protein
30g (vanilla)
Greek yoghurt
70- 90g
Apple puree
200g
Honey
60g
Egg
3 pieces
Plum
5- 6 pieces
Sweetener

Preparation process
  1. Beat the whole eggs with honey to reach stiff foam (5–10 min)
  2. Mix puree and Greek yoghurt into the foam
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and add the liquid mixture
  4. Prepare dough
  5. Pour the dough in the erased baking form
  6. Cut plums into small moons and arrange on the top of the dough
  7. Bake approximately for 30–35 minutes at 175 °C
