Biscuits (wholegrain/ spelt)

Spelt flour

70 - 90ml

Curd cheese

Cream cheese (Gervais)

Sweetener
equivalent to 40g of sugar
Preparation process
  1. Crush the crackers in the blender, mix together with spelled flour and add milk - you will get a thicker dough
  2. Press the dough with your fingers to the bottom of the greased (using coconut oil spray) cake mold
  3. Create the Filling by mixing the curd, cream cheese, egg, sweetener, and poppy
  4. Pour the resulting mixture onto the body
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 170 °C
  6. Make balls by mixing poppies and a small amount of honey (to simplify the balls creation, put the mixture in the fridge for a few minutes)
