Preparation process
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients and let them stand
  2. Prepare the pan with a fine layer of oil before the first crepe(pancake)
  3. Bake the crepes on the preheated pan on both sides (about 12pcs)
  4. Make the filling by mixing curd and sweetener
  5. Lay the crepes with the curd filling one on another (crepe, the filling, crepe, the filling, etc ...)
  6. Remove the cherry pits, put into a small pot with water and cook until it reaches the topping consistency (use sweetener according to taste)
  7. Leave the cake in the fridge overnight for even better taste
