75 g (fine oat flakes)
Protein
25 g
Dutch cocoa
10 g
White
75 ml
Almond milk
80 ml (unsweetened)
Carrot
150 g
Baking powder
1/2 of tablespoon
Sweetener

Preparation process
  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients carefully.
  2. In a second bowl-  mix egg whites, milk, sweetener and grate carrots.
  3. Mix both mixures with a hand blender together.
  4. Bake for 6 minutes in the microwave.

Garnish

  1. QuestBar- bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 180 °C.
  2. After baking, cut into cubes and sprinkle on "pie".
  3. Decorate with the frosting.
