Coconut oil

Beetroot juice
equivalent to 100 g of sugar
Curd cheese
325 g
Greek yoghurt

60 g (Prom-In vanilla)
Preparation process
  1. Dissolve coconut oil (fat).
  2. Mix all wet and dry ingredients seperately.
  3. Mix the wet and dry together and make dough.
  4. Pour the dough into the erased baking form and bake for 35–45 minutes at 180 °C
  5. After letting the body cools down, cut into halfs.
  6. Create the filling by mixing the curd, yoghurt and casein together.
  7. A portion of the filling smear on one half of the body and then cover with this half the other.
  8. Use the rest of the filling for the remaining cake and leave to cool down.
