Ingredients

350g (rye)
Flour

Fresh yeast

Preparation process
  1. Mix rye flour, spelled flour and salt
  2. Prepare the leaven (into 250 ml of lukewarm water, crumble the yeast) and wait for the leaven until it rises (about 5-10minut)
  3. Add the risen leaven to the flour and mix it together (also possible to add nuts, seeds ...)
  4. Add the coconut oil in a liquid state and thoroughly make a dough (the dough is slightly shiny) - this process takes about 10-15 minutes
  5. Cover the dough with a clean and dry cloth and let it rise in a warm place (the dough volume will become twice as big)
  6. Put on a baking sheet with baking paper and leave to rise for another 20-25 minutes
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 230 °C and for another 25 minutes at 170 °C
