Ingredients
Dough
Spelt flour
350g
Butter
200g (Ghee)
Egg
1 piece
Baking powder
10g
Sweetener
equivalent to 100g of sugar (stevia, xylitol.)
Filling
Apple
8 pieces
Ground cinnamon
Lemon peel
Aroma
according to tase (Rum flavour)
Sweetener
according to taste
Preparation process
  1. Bring butter / Ghee to room temperature
  2. Mix all the dough ingredients together and make a dough
  3. Peel and grate apples (if too juicy, remove excess water)
  4. Add cinnamon, aroma, lemon peel to the apple mix and sweeten according to need
  5. Mix thoroughly
  6. Roll 1/2 of the dough and place on the bottom of the baking pan (30x20cm)
  7. On the rolled dough spread the prepared the apple mixture and punch it down
  8. Use the other remaining 1/2 of the dough and use fingers to create dough chips on the surface of the cake (the surface of the cake will look like the dragon's skin)
  9. Bake 60 minutes at 180 °C
