Beef leg (round steak)

Beef broth
250–400 ml
Celeriac

Tomato puree

Bay leaf
1–2 pieces
Thyme

Preparation process
  1. Cut onions into small pieces and fry on oil until golden
  2. Add meat cut into bigger cubes and rest for about 3 minutes
  3. Add the puree, broth, spices, and mix it all
  4. Stir under the lid until the meat dries (for 60-90min)
  5. In the meantime, clean all the vegetables and cut them into pieces
  6. Add it to the soft meat and steam until the vegetables are soft.
  7. Seasoning according to need
