Ingredients
Cake
Spelt flour
150g
Egg

Milk
70 ml
Sweetener
equivalent to 40g of sugar
Baking powder

Baking soda

Curd cheese

Greek yoghurt

Protein
30g - Vanilla flavour
Xanthan gum
5g - not necessary

equivalent to 40g of sugar
Jelly
Strawberries
300- 400g
Gelatine powder
20g (2 packets)
Water
500 ml
Preparation process
  1. Mix all ingredients for the corpus together and bake for 25 minutes at 170 °C
  2. Mix curd, Greek yoghurt, protein powder and add sweetener
  3. Add xanthan gum or hardener and whisk properly
  4. Now, spread it on the chilled corpus
  5. Let the cake cool
  6. Cut strawberries into slices and place on top of the curd layer
  7. Now, prepare a jelly(according to instructions) with 500 ml of fluids
  8. Spread the jelly on the cake and let it stiffen
