Coconut flour

Preparation process
  1. Put eggs and milk into the container.
  2. Add oil, aroma and mix it all.
  3. Furthermore, add flour, stevia, salt and baking powder.
  4. Mix all together and let stand.
  5. In the mean time, create "circles" of šmakoun on the baking paper and let freeze (5–10 min).
  6. On a heated pan, put the dough and into the center of the dough- place the frozen cream and pour another layer of the dough again.
  7. Turn the dough on the pan when the bubbles appear.
