Ingredients
Sweet potato
500 g
Apple
1 pc
Poppy
Erythritol
or coconut sugar
Ghee
or coconut oil
Oatmeal
5 tablespoons, or rice flour, or coconut flour
Preparation process
  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes of about 2 cm.
  2. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, grate the apple.
  3. Pour off the water and put the sweet potatoes back on the hot plate and sprinkle with flour.
  4. Cover the potatoes and let scald for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the grated apple and create dough with a potatoe masher.
  6. With a greased spoon (with an ice cream ladle) form dumplings.
  7. Sprinkle the dumplings with poppy seeds mixed with erythritol (sugar) and pour over oil to taste.
